Please note, return procedures for customized and non-customized products differ. To keep things simple for you, we offer refunds instead of exchanges. To return non-customized  items please note: Items need to be postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered) with the original packaging and tags attached.

If your bag arrives with smudged print. If your bag arrives with text that is slanted or cut off. Please note: since each bag is handmade, there will be slight variations in jute texture from bag to bag; no two bags will look exactly the same. Additionally, bags suffering from general wear and tear are not eligible for return. Items purchased from other retail partners are not eligible for returns.
